Services We Offer

A full range of chiropractic care including diagnosis andongoing treatment.Precision adjustments as well as customcare plans which can include heat therapy, stretching, TENStherapy (nerve stimulation) and massage.

Chiropractic Adjustment

Using the latest imaging technology, we can identify precise areas of misalignment and apply precise adjustments to correct them, which over time can improve flexibility and alleviate many types of pain and tension.

Tens (Nerve Stimulation)

Electronic Nerve Stimulation also known as TENS therapy can be very effective at helping the body learn to ignore signals from nerves that are triggering pain while corrective treatment is being undertaken. Often it takes many sessions, or ongoing therapy to correct an underlying issue. TENS therapy can reduce the pain between sessions by teaching the body to ignore unnecessary pain signals.

Weight Loss Program

Weight Loss

The program will help you lose weight and teach you how to keep it off for good . This is done by reducing the amount of carbohydrates you eat , allowing your body to start to burn (stored) fat instead of surviving on carbohydrates . We ensure that a proper amount of protein is incorporated into each meal to preserve y our lean muscle mass. Healthy fats are also incorporated into each of your meals. This allows your body to reset to its original design by being a fat burning machine instead of carb burning machine. The added fats allow you to feel more satiated and not hungry like many diets leave you feeling.

Depending on how much weight you would like to lose, you could be on the program for 5 weeks or 30 weeks. On average, women will lose 1.5 - 3 pounds per week and men 3 - 5 pounds per week if you follow the program strictly.

Weight Loss Program

Weigh In

We suggest weighing in 1x per week on a chosen day /time and sticking to that day /time for your weigh - in, each week.

Exercise

Early in the program , limit exercise to 30 minutes per day. If you cannot do your normal exercises due to low energy, then just go on walks. Remember , this is a calorie reduction program as well as a transformation of the body into a fat - burning machine. Typically by the second week some occasional symptoms like hunger, headaches, fatigue and lightheadedness subside. For clients who continue high intensity workouts early in the program , we may add 2 - 3 eggs around the time of the exercise to provide extra protein and a boost of energy.

Product

We supply about 75% of the food requirements for this program. You pick up the next week’s worth of product at the weekly weigh - in. We have a variety of products to choose from.

Vitamins

We encourage clients to take a high-quality daily multivitamin as well as fish oil to help fill mineral gaps and reduce inflammation.

Foods to eat and when to eat them

Lettuce / mixed greens and all vegetables not on list below; Kerry Gold butter; all Seasonings – lots of Sea Salt; half and half; coffee; chicken; ground beef; sausage; fish; flax seed; avocado oil; MCT oil; Cindy’s Kitchen Dressing or low carb/high fat dressing (2 carbs or less). If you consume alcohol stick to vodka, whiskey or bourbon. No beer or wine. Alcohol stops your body from burning fat so limit to 1-2x per week max and, for best results, avoid alcohol altogether. No sugary drinks of any kind (orange juice, Gatorade etc.) Until you get to maintenance, which is when you are at a healthy weight, avoid fruits, nuts, high glycemic vegetables and only have animal protein with your meal at dinner time. At the beginning of the program dairy is limited since it can lead your body to an inflammatory state.

Potatoes

French Fries

Carrots

Sweet Potato

Pumpkin

Once you reach a healthy weight there is a transition over to the maintenance phase. During the maintenance phase we slowly transition (1-2 products replaced with a healthy snack) clients back to eating healthy fruits, nuts, dairy and other “normal” foods by picking from the healthy snacks list and recipes, both of which are provided. Each product throughout the day will be replaced with a healthy snack.

The key to this program is to help you understand how your body uses the fuels you put into it. If you can look at a restaurant menu and order a well-balanced meal, if you find yourself looking at labels in the grocery store, you will have achieved one of the goals of the program and will make an informed choice for life.
